Job Description_
- Accustomed to working at site independently and familiar with first-hand client management
Capable of balancing administrative and documentation scope while catering to frequent travels for on-site requirements- Analytical, vigilant, and methodical in troubleshooting technical glitches or human error as well as in problem-solving
Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location
- To support sales functions with technical support
Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and specifications in making installation- Documentation of technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Attend ad-hoc services

Job Requirements_
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree, or any certificates preferably in Process Instrumentation & Control/Electric & Electronic/ Mechatronics or equivalent
Good in both reading and writing in English & Malay Multilingual ability is an added advantage- Team player mentality and ability to work cross-functionally
Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation to perform on-site repairs
With 1-2 years of working experience- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
_Relevant Job Skills

- Operational knowledge of the use of electrical and/or mechanical equipment
Operational knowledge of electrical systems
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting
On-site installation, testing, and commissioning- Good knowledge of control components, instruments, and sensors are added advantage
