Job Description- Assisting mechanical supervisor / executive to perform daily preventive and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance reliability of equipment as to achieve production and operation target.
Checking, service and repair mechanical equipment and machinery.- Assisting the mechanical supervisor/ executive with mechanical design and maintenance task.
Troubleshooting mechanical malfunction and breakdown (especially hydraulic system and water cooling system) .
- Monitoring the availability of part and replenishing supplies.
Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment setting.- Maintaining a tidy work environment (5S) and safety.
Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdown.
- To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate SKM, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical or related certificate.
- Basic hydraulic knowledge.
Know how to use hand tools and power tools.- Basic Oxy cutting and welding ability.
At least 2 years working experience deal with hydraulic system, water pump, gearboxes as well as diesel engine.
- Able to work on shift, during rest day or public holiday if required.
