TECHNICIAN (MAINTENANCE)

• Perform daily routine inspection and daily checklist on all building facilities systems.
  

• Checking, maintain, and repair for HVAC system in the hospital or outside hospital building not limited to Chiller, AHU, FCU, Split Unit, Air Curtain, Ventilation System (Exhaust fan/fresh air) and Humidifier or Dehumidifier.
  

• Checking, maintain, and repair for Hot Water System not limited to Heat Machine, Calorifier Tank, Pumps, pipe system, Distribution Board (DB) etc.
  

• Perform any breakdown or repair related to facilities (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing etc.)
  

• Perform Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled on all facilities system/equipments.
  

• To ensure operation and maintenance plant are done effectively and comply with regulation (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Safety & Health Act or any other relevant act under Malaysia Law).
  

• To ensure that the spare part stock is under control according to the par level that has been set.
  

• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
  

• Perform On Call / Stadby / Schedule duties / weekend and public holiday or when needed by management.
  

• Undetake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
