Services provided are in accordance to the agreed service level.
Supervision of service and renovation contractors to ensure that works are performed in
accordance with approved plans and conditions.
Conduct preventive inspection checklists for all Mechanical & Electrical installations following the
annual preventive program frequency. Additionally, prepare reports detailing the operating
conditions.
To immediately trouble shoot and rectification of the following Building Services at the Common
Areas and any specified areas, including but not limited to:
all electrical fittings and general mechanical faults;
all plumbing works related to piping and drainage blockages, leakages and seepages, etc;
all handymans work such as mason works, carpentry works, painting, general repairs; and
any other ad-hoc jobs as and when as directed by the PE / Supervisor.
