Specialist role always provides support for RMA and Customer service department activities by trouble shoot, diagnose and rectify faulty of IT products and Computer components.
Set up an effective system of recording and monitoring of customer service.
- Ensure that the personnel working in this team has acquired the right skill, are given proper training and are updated with the latest method, procedures and requirements.
Plan and execute reliability improvement projects for critical equipment focused on new technology development, evaluation, and application to both existing and emerging risks.- Supervise external vendor maintenance and repair on critical equipment.
Provide feedback and give suggestions to improve service stability and performance.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Process Instrumentation & Control/Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Control System Engineering/other related disciplines.
