Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments and minor preventive maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality and efficiency.
Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.- Responsible on changing and setting of molds.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of extrusion blow molding equipment and support equipment when break downs occur and address minor problems and contact service support for major issues.
- Servicing and maintaining machineries periodically and maintain record of setting for each product.
Assisting superior in monitoring quality of products from time to time.- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
Respond to machine alarms in a timely manner to minimize down time and maintain machine efficiency.
- Pays close attention to detail and housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Optimize machine setting to minimize rejection.- Ensuring proper handling, maintaining and storage of all equipment.
Ensure machine is in tip top conditions to produce quality products.
- To perform any others duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirement:
- Candidates have a certificate / diploma in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
Candidates have knowledge and experience of plastic injection Blowing
- Candidates must have a knowledge base for problem solving / technical injection skills
