Job Description- Work closely with the Customer Service Team on the daily job arrangement.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns.- Provide clear explanations of the work required, associated costs, and maintenance recommendations.
Ensure proper placement of units, accurate wiring, and optimal ventilation for efficient operation.
- Test airconds to ensure they function correctly after being installed or repaired.
Clean and replace filters, coils, and other components as needed, following the SOP.- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during work.
Take care of the company's assets, including tools and vans.
SPM, SKM, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot aircond issues.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.- Good communication skills to communicate with customers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- At least 1-3 years of experience and have a GDL license.
