Perform variety of building maintenance repairs and services such as mechanical & electrical, plumbing, and, electricity.
To carry out routine monitoring, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and utilities.
Perform troubleshooting and repair on all the system and utilities placed under the care of department for uninterrupted building activities.
To maintain, upkeep and upgrading the building, facilities equipment and services.
*To attend to facilities helpdesk requests.
