  Hurry up while it's still available!!! The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
  
• RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• Conduct repairs and servicing on all M&E critical equipment within the data center, as outlined in maintenance contracts.
  

• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance Servicing for M&E critical equipment in the Data Center.
  

• Create detailed service reports and maintenance checklists for all maintenance work performed on each M&E critical equipment unit in the data center.
  

• Collaborate with Engineers to compile Incident reports for any issues or breakdowns related to M&E critical equipment in the Data Center.
  

• Collaborate with Engineers to propose ideas and solutions for any technical issues pertaining to M&E critical equipment in the Data Center.
  

• Assist Engineers in performing or conducting Testing and commissioning for all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
  

• Support Engineers or directly address any onsite issues that may arise regarding all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
  

• Aid Engineers in providing site training for all related M&E critical equipment in the data center.
  

• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
  

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all maintenance and servicing activities.
  

• Report to the Engineer & Manager regarding maintenance activities, incidents, and solutions.
  
• REQUIREMENT:

Minimum Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). PW4 is an added advantage

• Preferably with a minimum of 1 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in writing in Malay & English

• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude

Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of commitment and initiative.

• Able to work independently.

Computer literate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
