Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide on-site field installation and support for GPS Tracking System.
  • On-site troubleshooting and resolve problem.
  • Analysis and resolve technical issue by remotely.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve reported problems.
  • Assist in product training and support for end users.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be Malaysian.
  • At least SPM or higher education.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
  • Knowledge in vehicle wiring, electrical wiring and GPS system experiences is encouraged to apply.
