Assist Technicians and Maintenance Engineers in all aspects of facilities maintenance, including Building, Mechanical, Electrical, refrigeration and Electronics.- Attend to the repair and maintenance of all electronic control and communications equipments, including but not limited to, Satellite Receivers, TV, CCTV and Audio Visual, Radio and Intercom systems, Fire Protection and Warning Systems associated with the facilities.
Carry out repairs, maintenance and switch operations of the building plant and equipment cost effectively, to the desired standard and guest satisfaction.
- Standby at specific functions and conferences as required.
Repair and overhaul all air conditioning and refrigeration and associated equipments.- Repair and maintain all kitchen and bar equipment.
Repair all electrical equipments and appliances as required.
- Attend to the operation and maintenance of heating water and steam generating equipments, such as pumps, boilers, steam generators and their burners, calorifiers, heat exchangers, steam traps, regulating valves and all HVAC plant.
Assist the Plumber with repairs on water pumps, softening plants, sump pumps, swimming pool pumps and filter chlorinating systems.- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
