Perform network troubleshooting
- Skilled in cabling and trunking
Make new installation requested by clients and completed them.- Make sure to do the quality control checklist after completed the project.
Backup if have problem on installation.
- Do re-check on previous site to check the quality control.
Ask customers if they have other problems.- Liaising with teams to find the best solutions to customer's issues.
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.
