Responsibilities:- Charging and Discharging the chiller according to the schedule
To handle on the issue of defect/complain on electrical, plumbing, air-condition, mechanical & carpentry- To attend tenants complaints assigned by superior
To respond to any breakdowns or complaints on off working hours when needed
- Assist contractor on servicing and repairing jobs for ACMC, Lift, Rentokil, HT, LV, Grease Trap & Sum Pit (monitor & analysis jobs)
Assist project team by monitoring project to ensure compliance with the given m.o.s- Conduct a comprehensive stock inventory to ensure all parts and stock are in order
Order parts by filling out order requests forms and sending to Executive Maintenance for easier tracking
- Compiling & uploading videos on the lift display provided by GCC
Monitor BAS and TES systems to ensure everything is in order and to avoid any complaint or breakdown- Assist Maintenance Manager by carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance
Assist Maintenance Manager with the energy-saving program
- Assist the Leasing Team with the handover list before tenant moves in
Assist the Leasing Team with the renovation or reinstatement works by ensuring compliance with the building regulations and guidelines- To assist the Security Team with the emergencies that occur (e.g., fire alarm trigger, mantrap incidents or other incidents)
Assist Building Manager with the Bomba Fire Certificate and Fire Drill activities
- Assist Building Manager with the renewal licenses of BCA, GBI and other activities
To perform daily, weekly & monthly checking/checklist
Candidates should have at least a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical or its equivalent.- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of applicable work experience in building maintenance.
Proficient in hands-on troubleshooting and both preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry disciplines.
- Capable of performing tasks in high-rise environments, utilizing equipment such as gondolas, Genie lifts, and scaffolding.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.- Experienced with building management systems, including BAS, ACMC, fire alarm systems, CCTV, and elevators.
Competent in working both independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong collaborative skills.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
Able to thrive under pressure and willing to provide assistance to other departments as needed.- Open to shift rotations and overtime work.
Demonstrates a positive attitude towards learning from supervisors.
