- Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
- Carry out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.- Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
Submit request to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager for the purchases of parts and consumables.
- Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.- Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Report any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager.
- Assist other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Superiors.
Ensure that the work assigned is carried out as accurately, skillfully and economically. Proper maintenance and operation of equipment/systems as delegated by the Engineering Team Leaders
Able to work on shift
- Able to work on night shift
Able to work on weekend and public holiday.- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
