Job Description

• Perform daily plating equipment checklist to ensure all operating at its optimum efficiency.
• Execute & perform daily maintenance work as assigned by supervisor.
• Escalate to supervisor if there are any abnormalities in equipment in operating parameter.
• Proactive in daily preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance and complete all task as per schedule.
• Record down daily preventive maintenance activities in online Digital PM.
• Ensure to follow best practice safety and quality in daily job activity.
• Spare parts management system.
• Coordinates vendor about new project.
• Internal and external equipment calibration.
• New design and improvement equipment control system.
• On call support

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in Electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or facilities Management

• Working experience min 3 years

• Microsoft Office skill

• Independent and able to work based on priority.

PREFERRED:

• Major in either of the following fields: Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical

SKILLS:

• Knows how to read and interpret machine diagrams
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Team player
