Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, coupled with strong integrity.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office
Roles And Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and process EDI files which failed to process by automated job.
- Attend to request ticket submitted by operations related to lot processing issue in MES
- Monitor and maintain jobs in Task Scheduler and MES to ensure jobs successfully execute and provide data to operations
- Basic programming knowledge is preferred
