Collaborate with various internal departments and clients to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, by serving as a link between technical professionals and non-technical employees and customers.
- Documentation
Create and maintain a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
Research, writing, editing, and proofreading documents.
Translate technical concepts into easily understandable, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
Implementing Single Sourcing approach while maintaining high standards of user experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates to ensure documentation remains current and aligned with best practices.
- Stakeholder Management
Work closely with various departments and subject matter experts together information and understand technical processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep documentation up to date with the latest developments.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and address any documentation related inquiries.What We Look for in You:
Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
Ability to write compelling and engaging copy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Nice to Haves:
Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiar with cryptocurrency/ finance-technology industry.
Experience working with teams across global offices and time zones.
