Title: Technical Troubleshooting Agent Level (Korean)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Description:
Technical Service Desk Agent fluent in Korean to provide top-notch technical support. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and delivering excellent customer service via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level & second level technical support in Korean.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
Accurately document technical issues and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
Assist with software setup, installation, and configuration.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate to improve processes.
Handle escalations raised by customers and partners (Level 2 only)
Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution (Level 2 only)
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Technical knowledge of software and computer systems.
Ability to work under pressure.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
