Technical Support Specialist/ Executive Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Role 1:
Handle customer feedback and complaints, collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve software system issues.
  • Provide remote technical support to overseas clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical problems.
Assist in enhancing the technical capabilities and service levels of technical support team members through training on technical knowledge and service skills.
  • Collect and analyze system faults and customer feedback, and provide system improvement suggestions to the developer team to enhance product system and service quality.
Assist in the construction and advancement of helpdesk center business process flows, and reduce business bottlenecks.
  • Manage and analyze technical support data, including data on competing products, to analyze product issues and operational problem-solving, supporting service improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Role 2:
Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the companys directors, such as technical research and business market research.
  • Assist to follow up on project statuses to ensure timely completion.
Assist the directors in handling daily affairs, scheduling, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle and manage other urgent internal matters within the company, reporting project progress in a timely manner.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference of Computer Science or related fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate with Chinese clients.
Understanding of the telecommunications industry, familiar with network devices and data communication knowledge such as computers and mobile phones; ie: CCIE experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support and customer support.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High stress tolerance, capable of coordinating and driving progress.
Proactive, detail-oriented, with a positive learning attitude and timely responses.
  • Willingness to work in Malaysia's office 6 days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM15,000.00 per month
