Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Accounting Software- Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM

The Company is a leading provider of accounting software solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and assist our customers in utilizing our accounting software effectively.
Provide technical support for customers using our accounting software via phone, email, chat and onsite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality, data integrity, and performance.
Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and updates.
Manage and execute the upgrade process for customer accounting software when new versions are released.- Ensure minimal disruption to customer operations during the upgrade process.
Conduct training sessions for new customers to onboard them with our accounting software.- Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support customer education.
Format and set up PCs and other computer hardware as needed.- Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.- Develop and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in supporting accounting software, eg. Autocount and SQL- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues.
Familiarity with software upgrade processes and best practices.
- Experience in conducting customer training sessions.
Proficiency in formatting PCs and setting up computer hardware.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
