Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Accounting Software
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM
  • Location: Jalan Radin Anum, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling
  • Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and assist our customers in utilizing our accounting software effectively.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
Provide technical support for customers using our accounting software via phone, email, chat and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality, data integrity, and performance.
Assist customers with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Software Upgrades:
Manage and execute the upgrade process for customer accounting software when new versions are released.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to customer operations during the upgrade process.
  • Training:
Conduct training sessions for new customers to onboard them with our accounting software.
  • Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support customer education.
  • Technical Support:
Format and set up PCs and other computer hardware as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance for computer hardware and software issues.
  • Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
Proven experience in supporting accounting software, eg. Autocount and SQL
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues.
Familiarity with software upgrade processes and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting customer training sessions.
  • Technical Skills:
Proficiency in formatting PCs and setting up computer hardware.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
