Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Work with IT managers and other teams when needed.
  • Help staff and customers with IT issues.
  • Train users on hardware and software.
  • Fix reported errors quickly.
  • Monitor hardware, software, and system performance.
  • Update software and upgrade hardware/systems.
  • Manage databases and ensure system security.
  • Record processes and run diagnostic tests.
  • Stay updated on IT trends and advancements.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in IT related field
  • Minimum education is Diploma
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Strong skills in providing technical support and solving issues.
  • Ability to assess IT needs and train users.
  • Advanced knowledge of database management and system security.
  • Ability to stay updated on IT trends and innovations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
