Job Position: Technical Support Engineer

Job Descriptions:
Works directly with customers to resolve hardware, software, licensing issues
Assists customers with reported product failure, taking actions to resolve issues.
Investigates and tests customer problems in a lab environment with hardware and software.
Stays current on networking technologies and new product offerings.
Job Requirements:
Skills and attributes Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science Bilingual in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese customers).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Knowledge of different network operating system implementations and installations.
Expertise in troubleshooting networking protocols in WLAN technologies
- 11, 802.11n, 802.11ac and 802.11ax
Minimum 1-year working experience
