You will be in a team who facilitates many interactions with customers, you will take on the critical mission of resolving complex technical issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience in Tier 1-2 roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities coupled with strong critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Strong team player mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain service quality standards.
- Capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, including practical experience with at least one major provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in Docker containers; familiarity with Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Experience working with Linux distributions, particularly Ubuntu and Redhat.
- Availability to participate in on-call rotations during weekends, with appropriate compensation provided.
- Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English.
