• Key Responsibilities:

• Item Inspection and Diagnosis:

Assist in inspecting and diagnosing electronic items.

• Record the condition of each item accurately.

• Repair and Recovery:

Repair units and restore them to a resellable condition.

• Conduct deep product testing and recovery for all products to ensure quality and functionality.

Ensure the quality and functionality of repaired items.

• Documentation:

Record the condition of items before and after repair.

• Prepare detailed reports for resale.

• Shipment Arrangement:

Assist in arranging shipments for warranty and recovery items.

• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processes.

• Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of electronics and repair techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
