Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Able to communicate in Cantonese
Core responsibilities
Install, upgrade, configure, administer, troubleshoot, patch, and monitor Windows and Linux systems and applications.
Manage monitoring systems.
Resolve critical technical issues, perform emergency troubleshooting, and conduct post-mortem analyses.
Support system upgrades, deployments, and maintain smooth operations.
Provide daily operations, administration, tuning, and capacity management for midrange systems to ensure good performance.
Resolve midrange system incidents and issues within agreed timelines.
Analyze operational faults and recommend improvements.
Prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.

Skill set & Experience
1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused technical role
Strong time-management skills with the ability to set reasonable deadlines
Proficient in technical, analytical, and problem-solving tasks
Maintains system functionality through component testing
Good knowledge in ServiceNow.
Enhances computer systems by studying technical applications and making recommendations
Knowledgeable in all stages of the software life cycle: design, development, testing, implementation
Able to understand and deploy software across multiple platforms and Data Centers with minimal supervision
Familiar with Virtualization technologies, UNIX/Linux, Windows, Databases, Applications, Middleware, and Web Servers
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff
Process improvement oriented
Capable in software maintenance and testing
Basic understanding of networking principles and operating systems
Skilled at prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure situations
Hands-on problem-solving proficiency
Responds to customer inquiries and assists in troubleshooting
Maintains and monitors computer networks
Resolves technical issues related to network interruptions
