Job Responsibility

Provide technical support to customers regarding installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of marking and coding equipment.
Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance product performance.
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Job Benefits

Proficiency in PLC programming and CAD design will be highly advantageous.
Experience with PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.
Familiarity with CAD software for equipment design and modification.
Ability to integrate marking and coding equipment with existing production lines.
