Responsibilities:
Support sales team to drive profitable sales of manufacturing & technical services for lifting and rigging
- Motivate sales to meet their growth and revenue goals
Generate leads and opportunities and sell them in collaboration with the sales organisation- Help develop innovative and effective sales strategies and engagement techniques
- Conduct Product Training/Presentation
Train Sales and Customer Services staff in the product and/or service within area of responsibility- Prepare, develop and conduct product presentation to client
- Collaboration and Transparency
Ensure account growth plan is understood and supported across the respective region.
Works with leadership teams to develop and gain agreement to an annual offer development plan aligned to AMOS strategy; details forecast and customer expectation; develops business cases for key projects or new product launches, ensuring cross-functional integration as needed.
Liaise, manage and implement strategies to meet lifting and rigging brand targets with manufacturers.- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as well as collaborate with sales on Business Reviews
Identify offer improvement opportunities and co-operate with the Value Proposition team to implement them
- Effectively communicates the overall product and pricing strategy to the Sales and CS team.
To be a champion of the lifting and ranging range of products for both in-house products and manufacturers products across the various market segments and business units.- Develop a good understanding of industry developments and relative positioning of the company's products and services versus the competition to input into the sales/customer strategy and subsequent product and proposition development
To be continuously up-to-date on the product range and provide feedback on the latest developments in the market
Proactively support and work with the sales and CS teams in their daily sales/contract management work
- Support sales with larger customer opportunities to ensure that these are constructed according to customer needs and within acceptable commercial and risk parameters
Support sales and CS on tenders and contract agreements- Effectively interact with all stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.
Requirements:- With 5 years of product management experience in rigging and lifting, with a proven track record of success
Attention to detail and ability to determine and address customer needs
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts
Resourceful, proactive, and meticulous.- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
