Job SummaryThe Technical Sales Executive is responsible for communicating with contractors and consultants on construction drawings, managing sales activities such as quoting prices and securing projects, understanding basic construction drawings and site activities, and marketing off-site Cut and Bend (CnB) business to contractors.
Achieve sales targets for both project orders and ad hoc sales.
Follow company pricing policies and ensure profit margins.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and related parties.
Specify SSM CnB to subcontractors, main contractors, and developers.
Provide excellent sales service, including pre- and post-sales support, delivery coordination, and addressing site issues.
Ensure prompt payment collection and effective credit management.
Collaborate with production and technical personnel for project orders.
Work with the Sales Manager to achieve target sales volumes.
Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply).
Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant sales and project management software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Thorough understanding of project site requirements, construction methods, and project progress.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
