Job Description- Engage with external parties to gather technical specifications and design requirements necessary for project execution.
Attend site visits as necessary to address technical issues and coordinate with contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors to enhance collaboration and project success.
Participate in the application of products within new market segments, ensuring technical suitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical assistance and support to the Sales Department to facilitate effective customer engagement and solution selling.
Conduct product presentations to contractors and consultants to showcase technical features, benefits, and applications.- Identify and propose cost-saving initiatives to customers and explore opportunities for efficiency improvements in new market segments.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management that contribute to the overall objectives of the organization
- Remain vigilant of risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring proactive management and adherence to control measures.
Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience related to the construction industry, such as with contractors or consultants.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients.- Able to work independently, self-motivated, good inter-personal skills and desire to deliver results.
