Brief job scope:- As a Technical Sales Engineer in a crane manufacturing company, your role involves understanding the technical aspects of the company's crane products and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, responding to inquiries, and providing technical support throughout the sales process. This may include conducting site visits to assess client needs, recommending appropriate crane solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and addressing any technical concerns or inquiries they may have. Your ultimate goal is to drive sales by leveraging your technical expertise to effectively meet the needs of client in the crane industry.
Job requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions. Strong presentation skills for product demonstrations and client meetings.
- A strong understanding of mechanical principles and structural engineering.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good computer and software skills such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Flexibility to travel.
