Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer at IThink Tech Sdn Bhd. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, engaging in sales engineering activities, and effectively communicating technical information. While the role is based in Subang Jaya, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills (IT Hardware,software and cctv)
• Experience in providing Technical Support
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to drive sales processes and meet targets
• Knowledge of video surveillance systems and hardware technology
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
