Job Title: Technical Sales Account Manager
Location: Penang
Tenure: Permanent
Salary Range: RM 6,000 RM 8,000 per month
Achieve individual sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle, lead generation, follow-up, service delivery and transaction closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations, and maintain communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Prospect for new customers and conduct cold calling as necessary to schedule meetings.- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their motivations to buy and effectively addressing their needs and desires.
Collaborate with integrators to support customers as a distributor.
- Execute and follow the sales plan outlined by the manager to expand the company's customer base in Malaysia and Singapore.
Introduce innovative technology solutions that add value to customers and continuously improve knowledge of supplier products.- Review sales activities weekly with the management team, discussing prospective customers, sales goals, and project deadlines.
Regularly produce marketing reports in collaboration with the Managing Director to communicate sales activities and project statuses to suppliers.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years related experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies with proven track record.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Quickly builds relationships with clients and effectively communicates and presents ideas both in writing and verbally.- Motivated with a proactive approach to developing prospects into business opportunities, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness in implementing impactful technology solutions for customers.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills and manages schedule accommodating customer needs across various time zones.
- Takes initiative, optimally utilizes resources, and cooperates effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
