Handling customer complaints.- Write the inspection report after attended customer's complaints.
Conduct tile quality inspection.
Document and report on the results of quality tests.- Conduct pre-installation site briefing for customers.
Identify and document defects and non-conformities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of QA processes and standards.
Maintain accurate TQA records and documentation.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate to customers the correct method of tile installation.
- Listen and obey instructions given by management or superiors.
SPM / Diploma / Degree
- At least 1 year of working experience.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and standards.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
