Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance, technical mentorship, and support.
  • Set and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design, and development of new features and solutions.

Software Development:

  • Design and develop software solutions using .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and oversee the development of technical documentation.

Project Management:

  • Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Provide estimates, manage sprint planning, and coordinate with project management on timelines.
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in .NET and related platforms.
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for efficient software delivery.
  • Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

People Management:

  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture, motivating developers to achieve their best.
  • Participate in performance reviews, training sessions, and career development discussions for team members.
  • Provide feedback and support for team members professional growth.
  • Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development with at least 2-3 years in a technical lead role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and C# development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software design patterns, principles (SOLID), and object-oriented programming (OOP).
