Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Application Developer with a proven track record in leading software development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring that project milestones are achieved within the specified timeline and scope. This role will involve coordinating with various teams, conducting thorough requirement analyses, and facilitating training and UAT sessions.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting both technical and functional issues, and ensuring the accuracy of the project deliverables through comprehensive documentation. Post-project, you will manage the transition to Customer Support, ensuring the client's smooth handover
Lead and execute the entire software development life cycle.
- Perform requirement analysis, and lead training and UAT activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external stakeholders.- Offer end-user support, resolving technical and functional issues promptly.
Deliver projects on time and within the agreed scope.
- Document all control processes meticulously and ensure accuracy during Parallel Run and UAT.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing feedback within SLA.- Ensure a seamless handover to Customer Support upon project completion.
Bachelors Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computing or Software Development.
- Expertise in Python and SQL; familiarity with .Net is beneficial.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack web application development.- At least 1 year of experience in a team management role.
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients.
* Knowledge of IT system processes and logical workflows is a plus.
