Resonsibilities:- Implement and perform software development life cycle (SYSPRO / QAD)
Conduct requirement study, training & UAT session- Coordinate with internal & external team
Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
- Ensure project delivery according to the agreed timeline & scope
Ensure all control document is properly documented- Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT
Support, coordinate and feedback to client within SLA
- Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon client readiness
Min degree in Computing/Software Development, other related field
- Good command in English, both spoken and written, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SQL
At least 2 years with technical experience
At least 1 year in full cycle web application development- Good networking with external customers
Programming knowledge
