Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent mainly for Technical IT roles
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.- Identify and use a variety of recruitment methods and channels, including job boards, social media, personal recommendations, and others, to find applicants.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Facilitating the scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and communicating with both parties throughout the process.
Bachelor degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical /IT recruitment
Good sourcing and interviewing skills- Good communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,- 00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
