JOB DESCRIPTION (S):- To prepare and submit monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
To manage the application process for import and export permits, including MITI, MOFA, and STA permits, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.- To liaise with government officers and regulatory bodies to follow up on the status of permits for various chemicals as requested by internal stakeholders.
To annually update the Chemical Inventory Management System (CIMS).
- To maintain and update the technical folder for Halal, Kosher, Supplier SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and COA (Certificates of Analysis).
To assist with conducting assessments, completing questionnaires, and managing supplier surveys.- To manage the renewal process for the Halal Certificate for the Branches, ensuring all documentation and requirements are up to date.
To perform simple laboratory analysis related to ESH matters & requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENT(S):-
- Bachelors degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role in the chemical industry preferred. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
