Responsibilities:- Responsible for technical support to Systems recovery and Shell-site customers.
Provide technical support in the event of a customer disaster declaration.- Provide technical support to support delivery team or managed services.
Assist the customer during their DRP testing
- Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Senior Management.
_Education:_
- Diploma or Degree in IT or its equivalent.
_Experience_
- Min 3-5 years experience in IT operations and systems support.
Min. 1 year of experience on routing and switching with knowledge of Enterprise WAN and Data Center technologies
_Skills_
- Systems skills and Operations skills in hardware.
Ability to communicate effectively within internally and with customers.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
