Objective of this role

Translate design concepts into conceptual drawings

Translate design concept into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.

General Responsibilities

Work with the Design team to develop spatial solutions that align with client requirements and project goals.

Assist in space planning and layout design to optimise functionality and aesthetics.

Work with the Design team to understand and incorporate design concepts into technical drawings.

Develop detailed and precise interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Work with the Design team to select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures based on technical considerations and design intent.

Prerequisites

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Min 3 years of working experience in Interior Design and related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Brisk CAD, AutoCAD, Sketchup (Enscape) and other relevant drafting software.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
