Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Technical Costing Engineer at our plant in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The Technical Costing Engineer will be responsible for managing cost estimation and pricing activities, analyzing technical specifications, conducting feasibility studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring cost competitiveness. To prepare new product costing based on enquiry/customer requirements. This role requires on-site presence in Shah Alam and works closely with the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background and understanding of valve manufacturing processes
• Experience in cost estimation and pricing
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering drawings interpretation
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations related to valve industry
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
