DJI Enterprise, in partnership with Glocomp, is expanding and looking for passionate and driven Technical Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge drone technology and drive sales growth across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and DJI Certified trainings to resellers, helping them understand DJI Enterprise solutions and their practical applications.
Work with resellers to customize technical solutions for their customers, offering guidance on product integration and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that resellers or their customers may encounter.
Conduct technical demonstrations, webinars and in-person trainings to ensure resellers are proficient with DJI products.
Stay updated on the latest DJI technology advancements and communicate this information to resellers.
Act as a bridge between resellers and DJI technical or R&D teams to ensure any technical challenges or feedback are addressed effectively.
Key Skills:
Expertise in DJI Enterprise products, particularly technical specifications, use cases, and integration options.
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially for explaining complex technical information to non-technical resellers.
Experience in troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and technical training.
Ability to customize solutions for various industries, tailoring products to the specific needs of resellers end clients.
Technical consulting experience, ideally in a distribution or reseller environment.
Knowledge of DJI Enterprise products and their applications across various industries (e.g., public safety, quantity surveying, construction, energy and geo mapping).
Have a valid Drone Pilot License RCoC-B will be an added advantage.
