5+ years work experience in insurance or finance industry
Sales or New Business related system working experience is preferred
Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
Proven time management cum organization skills
Proficient in Agile development approach
Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendors
Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions.
