Part of the designated technical teams to develop, implement, maintain and support application systems / IT solutions (local and regional) under HR Services Team for the designated applications.
Perform, plan and manage IT project tasks / deliverables
Take ownership in performing tasks / deliverables and ensure that it meets the agreed timeline.
The implementation of IT project / solution is to meet the business strategic plan (including business transformation, business growth, operational efficiency, etc.) and compliance requirements. This role is to deploy a new HCM solution in the Bank as well as work together as a team in managing the existing IT-owned initiatives
Job Responsibilities
Ensure technical specifications/ programs developed meet user / functional specifications.
Ensure programs are error free and work efficiently and thorough testing, peer review (program codes review).
Ensure system / enhancement are delivered on time and with high quality incl. accuracy and operation efficiency.
Prompt escalation of problems not within internal controls for management attention and decision.
Review system performance statistics periodically, propose and implement performance tuning or improvement plan incl. review and redesign system if necessary.
Ensure compliance of IT standards / policies, QM SDLC procedures and Audit requirements.
Job Requirements
Level of Education: At least tertiary level
Discipline/Related Field: Information Technology (IT)
3-5 years of experience in application development, planning, testing, and integrating Business and IT solutions.

Operating systems : Microsoft Windows/Solaris/Redhat/UNIX/Linux.
Database management : MySQL, PostreSQL.
Cloud platforms : AWS Technologies (EC2, S3,RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation), etc.
Programming languages : Node.JS, JavaScript, Java.
