What you'll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for IT roles
- Conducting in-depth candidate screening, interviewing and assessment to identify the best fit for our clients
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Providing consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies and market trends
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Continuously developing your expertise in technology recruitment and industry knowledge
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferable with recruitment agency or IT sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully closure
- Excellent consultative, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
