Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for a wide range of software implementations and upgrades.
- Cultivate a profound understanding of the customer experience, identifying product gaps and devising innovative solutions to bolster market share, enhance the customer journey, and fuel growth.
- Drive infrastructure and operations service excellence in a matrixed global environment.
- Garner support for the product vision internally and externally, cultivating strong relationships with key partners.
- Formulate pricing and positioning strategies for products.
- Translate the product strategy into meticulous requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize and define project activities, considering their impact on the business and customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams (defining project scope, goals, and deliverables) to ensure swift time-to-market and resource optimization.
- Identify potential risks and challenges in project execution; implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and control project variables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Represent the company by engaging with customers, seeking feedback on company products and services.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling services.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in a project management role or its equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting software solutions and their integration into diverse business environments.
- A proven track record of successfully managing all facets of a product's lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Agile and its different delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Strong ability to use/manage project management tracking/reporting tools (eg. JIRA, Gitlab, Trello).
- Ability to understand and then communicate technical issues to a broad range of technical knowledge levels.
- A solid technical background with hands-on experience or comprehension of software development and web technologies is an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a willingness to dive into tasks.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure.
- Additional certifications related to project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, DASM, etc.) are an advantage.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage/juggle multiple projects simultaneously
