Tech Advisory Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of our existing codebase and infrastructure.

Facilitate knowledge transfer from the outsourced team to the internal team.

• Assist in the documentation and standardization of processes.

Provide guidance on hiring and training internal team members.

• Help set up and optimize development, testing, and production environments.

Manage risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure best practices.

Support the internal team during the transition phase.

• Required Skills and Experience:

Web Development: Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Frameworks: Expertise in Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, and IonicFramework.

Software Development: Experience in developing ERP, Application Systems, Auction Systems, Reservation Systems, Mobile Apps, CRM, Accounting Systems, and E-commerce Systems.

Cloud Technologies: Strong experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and GAE (Google App Engine).Hybrid App Development: Proficiency in developing hybrid web apps using Cordova.

• API Development and Integration: Experience in designing and integrating APIs between web and mobile applications.

Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and working in startup environments.

• Preferred Qualifications

: Previous experience in transitioning tech ownership from outsourced to internal teams.
