The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
- Malaysian that can speak in Cantonese and English, as staff will support Hong Kong market.
- English is required for due to business demand, there will be english interview
- Must be able to type in traditional Mandarin to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- This is an office hour post but potentially shifting in the future
- At least SPM, no working experience required but recommended
