Job Scope:
- Lead and guide the telemarketers towards achieving set target and goals.
Monitor, organizing and coaching team on a day-to-day basis, includes call listening- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.
Document reports on each team members performance and targets.
- Submit monthly scorecards for incentives purposes to Telemarketing Manager.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager from time to time.
Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Have experience in a leadership capacity in a contact center. Current position as group TL or assist TL.
- Have experience in telesales/telemarketing or any sales position preferable with banking products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and/or Mandarin.- Excellent coaching skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
