Specific Content: Formulate a self-media promotion plan every quarter, covering content creation, social media advertising, KOL cooperation, etc., and regularly review and optimize the promotion effect.
Team Management & Development
Lead and manage the self-media promotion team, be responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation and daily management of the team, and ensure that the team members have the necessary self-media operation skills and knowledge.
Specifics: Hold weekly team meetings to evaluate work progress and team performance, and conduct regular updates on skills training and development plans.
Content Planning & Creation
Plan and direct the team to create high-quality, engaging content, ensure content aligns with the culture and user preferences of the target market, and drive the brand's presence on social media.
Specific Content: Create a monthly content creation plan to ensure that the content resonates with users and meets the requirements of the platform's algorithms.
KOL Cooperation & Management
Responsibilities: Identify and work with the right KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to expand the brand's reach and reach and ensure maximum impact.
Details: Evaluate the effect of KOL cooperation on a quarterly basis, adjust cooperation strategies, and ensure the return on investment (ROI) of KOL promotion activities.
Social Media Advertising
Manage social media ad placement, optimize creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation to ensure ads meet desired exposure and conversion goals.
What's Specific: Monitor ad performance on a weekly basis and adjust ad delivery strategies in real-time to increase click-through rates and conversions.
Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of self-media promotion activities through data analysis tools, evaluate key indicators (such as interaction rate, coverage, ROI, etc.), and continuously optimize promotion strategies and content.
What's Specific: Submit weekly data analysis reports to adjust your promotion strategy to increase user engagement and conversions.
Brand Management
Maintain the brand's image on the self-media platform, ensure that all promoted content and advertisements meet brand standards, and improve brand loyalty and user engagement.
Specific Content: Regularly review and update brand content to ensure consistency across all self-media promotional materials, and work with the design team to develop new brand visual materials.
Cross-Sector Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development and other departments to ensure that self-media promotion activities are consistent with the company's overall marketing strategy and drive the market performance of the product.
Details: Communicate with relevant departments on a weekly basis to coordinate the execution of activities and the allocation of resources to ensure the smooth flow of information and the effectiveness of collaboration.

Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, digital marketing, communication, advertising or related field. Certifications related to self-media operation or social media marketing are preferred
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience in self-media or social media operations, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Experience in marketing in the advertising industry or related highly competitive industries is preferred, especially in the South Asian market.
Skills Required
We-Media Operation Skills: Proficient in the operation strategies of major self-media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and able to plan and execute activities such as content marketing, social media advertising, and KOL cooperation.
Data Analysis Ability: Proficient in using social media analysis tools (such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.), able to optimize promotion strategies based on data analysis results.
Management Ability: Have team management and cross-department communication skills, be able to lead the team to achieve self-media promotion goals and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Language Ability: Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, familiarity with Urdu or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Strategic thinking and results orientation, able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Innovative and adaptable, able to quickly adjust strategies to respond to changes in the market and platform.
Working Hours
Time: Monday - Saturday, 12:00 - 22:00. (One hour of eating) may require appropriate overtime depending on the needs of the project, especially during key phases of the project or during HR activities (e.g., job fairs, employee training).
Attendance: Clocking in and out on time (penalty for forgetting to punch or punching on behalf of others: MYR50/time) If you are late or leave early for more than 3 hours, you will be deemed to have no pay on the day of absenteeism Holiday
